Manufacturing across four sites in three states means local knowledge and production resilience. If one site is affected, the others keep producing. Your programme stays on track.
CNC routers across three factory locations — including two 5-axis machines. CNC lathes, moulders, semi-automatic laminating presses, and the full range of production saws and sanders you'd expect. We hold approximately 900 cubic metres of furniture-grade timber at any time to ensure continuity of supply.
Our own in-house metal workshop with welding, metal CNC, and powder coating. Balustrading, posts, and custom metalwork produced under the same roof — not farmed out.
We supply and install glass balustrading as part of the complete staircase package. Glass panels are sourced from specialist manufacturers to specification.
Four factory sites across three states. If one site is affected, the others keep producing. Your programme stays on track.
Approximately 100,000 staircases designed, manufactured, and delivered — both supply-and-install and supply-only — across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
Our management team carries over 150 years of combined service — four of them completed their apprenticeships with us. We've trained a number of second-generation apprentices, with more on the way. People stay because the work matters.
